		<description>The reason the potato galette didn't hold is probably potato-related. You need starchy potatoes to get the galette to hold together. Yukon Golds should work.
FYI, I'm from NB, which is the Canadian equivalent of being from Idaho. So, yeah, I know from potatoes.</description>
